Please read the required party FAQ below for the most common questions & answers to have the best experience!  for all questions.

all parties come with: socks/pizza/water/paper goods         (2 plates/napkins/fork)

(you supply the cake/cupcakes)

What can I bring to party?

  • Cake/Cookies/Cupcakes/Dessert

  • Decorations -Balloons, Banner, NO TAPE ON PAINTED WALLS!

  • Extra Plates/Napkins/Forks

  • (2) Snack Trays (Sandwiches/Fruit Trays/Veggie Trays/Chips Etc.)

  • Food allergies - Bring items as needed for this.

  • Water Bottles/Juice Boxes

  • Candles

  • Cake Cutter

What to expect day of party?

  • CHECK-IN:  is ONLY at the booked party start time.  Party Center is located Upstairs to check in for you and participants

  • Party Carts available by front door or elevator to bring items in.

  • Stairs or elevator for access

  • Waiver Check, Wrist Bands, & Grip Socks will be handed out during  Check-in. Party review with host.

  • Party Participants will jump on main floor attractions first. Called to the table/room last 30 minutes of package time.

  • Balance due towards end of party.

  • No credit of any kind for non attendance or if people don't show. (No other discounts)

  • Inform Host how you prefer the party or any requirements

  • You can add Participants(5 or less), 360 Rides, or Arcade day of party

  • After Check-In, you will be escorted to room or table


What is not allowed?

  • Glitter/Confetti/Piñata/SillyString

  • NO Ice Cream/Ice Cream Cake

  • No Electric Items (Crockpot)

  • Alcohol/Soda 

  • No Outside Pizza/Ribs/Chicken Wings

  • No Use of our Fridge/Freezer

  • More than 15 Spectators

  • Excess Trash or Decorations left in Room

  • Hard sided coolers

  • No Use of other rooms or tables  

What happens after I book?

  • You will receive a  detailed email confirmation & receipt. We also send confirmation 2 weeks before party. This is when you can add items or ask last minute questions

  • You can change date or package two weeks in advance (If availability allows) *Change fee may apply

  • Guests need to fIll out Online Waiver before Party

  • Extra Pizza's can be added 48 Hours to party or (2) day of party Email:

  • Adding Extra Participants: Can be done the day of party (No more than 5)

  • Auto-Email confirmations sent 1-2 weeks before party

  • After review of FAQ, BOOK PARTY ONLINE and follow specific directions(Choose date on calendar, etc.)

  • Book at least 2 weeks in advance

  • 50% non-refundable deposit is required. (Party date can be moved or turned into account credit only)*Depends on AVAILABILITY*

  • Party Package items are not adjustable

  • Please review all fees associated with party

  • Participants are "ACTIVE JUMPERS" & Spectators are "NON-JUMPERS"

Other Items?

  • Supplies for participants/added in package.*Guests not included 

  • There is a limit of spectators/guests per party room or table (15)

  • Anyone who will use equipment requires a wristband/360 grip socks regardless of age

  • Gratuity is not included on total bill

  • There is a fee for participants 5 over party (Party Package Specific)

  • Dual Birthday Party incurs a fee (Party Package Specific)

  • There is a fee for celebrating 2 or more parties in one booking $25-50

  • No discounts (Military)
