What can I bring to party?

  • Cake/Cookies/Cupcakes/Dessert

  • Decorations (Balloons, Banner, Tape)

  • Extra Plates/Napkins/Forks

  • (2) Snack Trays ( Sandwiches| Fruit Trays|Veggie Trays| Chips Etc.

  • Water Bottles | Juice Boxes

  • Candles

  • Cake Knife

What to expect day of party?

  • CHECK-IN: 15 Minutes before scheduled time ONLY.  Party Center is located Upstairs, you & guests can use stairs or elevator for access. Waiver check, Wrist Bands, & Grip Socks will be handed out during this time. Party review with host.

  • Party Participants will jump on main floor attractions first, and then be called to the table/room last 30 minutes of package time.

  • Party Carts available by front door or elevator to bring items in.

  • Balance due towards end of party.

  • No credit of any kind for non attendance or if people don't show.

  • Inform Host what or how you prefer the party to go.

  • You can add Participants(5 or less) 360 Rides or Arcade day of party

  • After Check-In, you will be escorted to room or table


What is not allowed?

  • Glitter|Confetti|Piñata|Paint

  • Ice Cream | Ice Cream Cake

  • No Electric Items (Crockpot)

  • Alcohol | Soda 

  • No Ribs or Chicken Wings

  • Use of our Fridge | Freezer

  • More people than allowed per party reservation

  • Excess Trash or Decorations left in Room

  • Hard sided coolers

  • Use of other rooms or tables without  reservation 

What happens after I book?

  • You will receive a  email confirmation with receipt/Info.

  • You can change party or adjust two weeks in advance (If availability allows)

  • (*Change fee may apply)

  • Guests need to fIll out Online Waiver before Party

  • Extra Pizza's can be added one week by previous Friday 1:00PM (cannot add week or day of party. Email:

  • Adding Extra Participants: Can be done the day of party

  • Auto-Email confirmations sent 1-2 weeks before party

  • After review of FAQ, BOOK ONLINE and follow specific directions

  • Book at least 2 weeks in advance

  • 50% non-refundable deposit is required. (Party date can be moved or turned into account credit only)

  • Party Package items are not adjustable

  • Please review all fees associated with party


  • We only provide supplies for participants

  • There is a limit of spectators per party room or table (15)

  • Anyone who will use equipment requires a wristband/360 grip socks regardless of age

  • There is a fee of $50 for participants 20 or more

  • There is a fee for celebrating 2 or more parties in one booking $25-50
