AirCity 360 FAQ

Adventure park rules:

  • 360 Grip Socks only permitted ($3)

  • NO PARTIES allowed on main attraction floor ANYTIME. No presents. No Cake. No Balloons. Must have booked party.  www.aircity360.com/parties

  • Participants with a valid wrist band can use attractions

  • Price applies to all age groups

  • Spectators do not need to purchase a pass

  • Walk-In's welcome or purchase online *(Weekends recommend on-line booking)

  • No outside food or drinks brought in or delivered allowed

  • Please watch your child at all times

  • Parking -Front/Side.  Entry/Exit in front only. (Please do not drive around the back of the building )

  • We have the right to refuse service

  • No drugs or alcohol

Tips for Visiting us:

  • On weekends it is recommended to book passes online

  • Our Grip Socks are ONLY allowed on attractions. No other brands

  • Spectators do not need to buy a pass to watch

  • We do have an elevator

  • Check our website for up to date information and specials. 

  • WEATHER related closers will be listed on our website. Any passes purchased will remain as a credit to your account

  • We have attractions for any age. Please see "Info" tab for more

  • Toddler Soft Play is for 8 and under

  • SkyTower is for ages 12 and under ONLY! 

  • Dual ZipWay 4'

  • The 360 Ride - at least 4' and under 6.3' and 260lbs ($7)

  • Inflata-Park is all ages 

  • Air-Active Zones works best for over 4'

  • No one allowed on to "help" without a pass or socks    

         Jousting Area -

  • No running across bridge

  • No hand to hand wrestling. Use provided inflatable Joust only

  • Do not jump off bridge onto stunt bag until clear of a person

 Slides - 

  • Keep arms and hands on inside

  • Toxic Meltdown is a Jump over or Duck under attraction. No running or sitting on it.

Safety & Rules on Jump Attractions:

  • 360 Grip Socks are only allowed

  • By signing the waiver, you agree to all rules, terms, and safety procedures listed

  • Use attractions at your own skill level and risk

  • Follow all posted rules at attraction. If not sure, please ask faciltator for help

  • Empty Pockets (No sharp or dangerous items)

  • No Running on or off attractions

  • Be aware of surrounding when jumping and flipping

  • If pregnant, Injured, or holding a baby, it is not recommended to use attractions

  • Start slow, in control of motion, and do not attempt advance arial stunts

  • Only exit off attraction as posted

  • Do not jump if person is still in way

  • Land on feet and in the middle of Trampolines

  • Land on behind or back in all the jump bag zones and stunt bags on Inflata-Park 

  • SkyTower attraction is a Climb up only and slide down
