  • Cake/Cupcakes/Cookies/Dessert (NO ICE CREAM OR ICE CREAM CAKE)

  • Extra plates, candles, gift bags

  • Balloons & Decorations

  • Juice Box's etc. (Small)

  • Two snack trays

  • Dietary concerns please let us know upfront                                                         No other drinks, food, or hard sided coolers. 

     

I RESERVED A PARTY NOW WHAT?

  • A 50% deposit will be required to confirm the reservation. A confirmation email will be sent.

  • Full payment is due at Check-In.  We only accept Credit Cards.

  • Can you change the party package? Yes, if package is available and 2 weeks before scheduled date. Call or email to do so. Changes week of incur a $25-$50 change or cancellation fee.

  • Can I cancel the party and get a refund? Unfortunately there are no refunds upon the need to cancel.  However, we can move or credit account for use up to 12 months. A $25 - $50 fee applies.

  • Can I add people to the package reserved? Yes, there is an option at check out or on day of event.  What is included in the extra person charge? Wrist Band, Socks, Attraction Time. Spectators are limited to 10-15, per party.

  • If all the participants do not show up, is there a refund? Unfortunately notCan any person use the left over wrist bands in my package?  Yes they can as long as they have a waiver and ONLY during the reserved time frame

  • Refunds/Cancelations are not available. However, we can move the party within 12 months or credit your guest account

PIZZA ORDER: IF you did not fill out the pizza form during your check out process, fill out the form below. You can add more pizza 1 week prior to party ONLY, by the previous Wednesday: (Not the week or day of) Cheese Pizza $16.99/Pepperoni $17.99/ Sausage $17.99 (8 slices)

     DAY OF CELEBRATION:

  • Arrive 15 minutes before reserved time.  This is your check in time. so your party can start at your reserved time. We cannot guarantee that room or table will be available before your reservation time

  • Make sure all guest waivers are done before party

  • Party check-in area is located UPSTAIRS. Follow the sidewalk to the stairs or use elevator.  All your guests will also check in UPSTAIRS.  Please feel free to use a cart for your items, located by the elevator or front door

  •  All items "included" in the party package are ONLY for the participant count and does not include extra for the guests/spectators. *We do limit spectators to 10-15 Max.

  • Please refer to your selected party package for times. Food/Cake is usually last 30 minutes of time frame.  If you want more time in room/table let the host know in advance.

  • Tips/Gratuities: This is not included and are always welcome directly or upon final payment, IF you are satisfied with your party host experience

  • Please observe the reservation ending time frame so staff can prepare for the next party: Level 1 (1.5 Hours), Level 2 (2 Hours), Level 3 ( 2 Hours) *A $50 Room/Table fee may be added if not vacated in timeframe
